Psycamp Charity Music Camping - Terms and Conditions This agreement defines the terms of participation in the Psycamp charity music camping upon payment of the membership fee. Upon payment of the membership fee, the participant has the right to participate in all events organized during the camping, according to the schedule and program determined by the organizers. In addition, the participant has access to all necessary services and infrastructure on the camping site for comfortable stay and participation in events. The organizers of the camping ensure necessary safety measures for the participants. Visitors are required to adhere to safety rules and instructions provided by the organizers. Any confidential information collected during registration will be protected from unauthorized access and will not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the participants. Participants are prohibited from bringing any prohibited substances and weapons onto the camping site. The organizers reserve the right to inspect the belongings of participants and take appropriate actions in case of violations. In case of event cancellation, refunds will be issued excluding commissions and other expenses associated with the organization of the camping. The camping organizers operate in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine regarding event organization and ensure compliance with the rights and obligations of participants according to these terms and conditions. Participants are required to adhere to a code of conduct and respect other participants of the camping. Any inappropriate actions or breaches of the code of conduct may result in the expulsion of the individual from the camping and denial of participation in the event.
